How bonus balances work
Bonus money is added to your account, and bets draw on the total balance made up of main and bonus parts. Winnings enter that combined balance, and you cannot withdraw them until the active bonus is fully wagered. Once wagering is complete, the bonus amount moves to the main balance and you can withdraw within the available funds. Several rewards may appear in your account, but only one can be active. A subsequent bonus can activate after the previous one is wagered or cancelled, not while it is pending wagering.
Our general bonus maximum is €1,000. Bonus wagering conditions are annulled when the balance reaches €0.20. A bonus cannot be exchanged for compensation.
Qualifying bets and bonus use
Table games including Roulette, Sic Bo and Baccarat, along with various video poker types, do not count towards bonus wagering. Other exception games may contribute less or not at all. Space Plinko by Veliplay has a bonus wagering rate of 0.1, and contributions can differ by bonus. Playing with an active bonus is prohibited on a list of slots that includes Immortal Romance, Blood Suckers, Dead or Alive and Jack Hammer.
With any active bonus, the €2 maximum wagering bet also covers purchases of bonus or additional rounds. With an active bonus, larger bets or round purchases are prohibited and may result in confiscation of winnings obtained that way. Each wagering bet must also be below 20% of the bonus amount. A bet of 20% or more does not count and triggers a review of wagering status.
Do not delay game rounds, including free spins or bonus games. Delayed rounds can lead to account blocking and confiscation of all funds. Mirror betting or high-volume betting with minimal expected winnings may prompt additional verification and possible blocking. Building a balance with large bets and then cutting stakes by at least half may lead to account termination. We may review gaming and payment history, disable future bonuses or seek compensation for losses when misuse is detected. We may also cancel, withdraw or suspend winnings and bonuses if we suspect abuse. A verified phone number is required for bonus eligibility, and failure to verify it may exclude you from our bonus policy. We may change that policy and set a maximum amount received on activation. Each sports and eSports offer carries x45 wagering and has 96 hours of validity. The 200% sports bonus is capped at a €1,000 bonus amount, and the other five offers cap the amount credited after wagering at €1,000.
For sports and cybersports bonus wagering, progression is accelerated three times when odds are at least 1.55. Bets at odds below 1.55 and cashouts do not count towards deposit turnover. The maximum sports and cybersports bet with Bonus Money is €50, and this does not lift the active-bonus wagering-bet limit.
Placing singles and multiples
Except for live events, place a bet by the earlier of the official event start or a predetermined closing time. We may void all or part of a bet accepted mistakenly after closure or when its outcome could be known. A multiple needs every non-void selection to win. We multiply selection odds to calculate total odds, then multiply those odds by the stake for potential return. If a selection is void, the others stand and that selection settles at odds of 1.00. Selections whose outcomes could affect each other cannot form a multiple. We may void such a bet if accepted in error.
Cancellations and pricing errors
An accepted sportsbook bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless it was accepted in error. Voiding returns the stake and can follow an abandoned or postponed event, an event played before schedule, or a technical or obvious error. We may void a bet in whole or part, or withhold payment, if it was accepted after a material event but before odds updated, or at old odds during an outage, cyber-attack or other update failure. Obviously wrong odds are assessed against a consensus of major sportsbook operators. An incorrect live-delay price or a bet accepted during an action that could drastically change the odds may also be voided.
Live odds and results
With Odds Settings, you can choose to accept changes to live odds at placement. The recorded price may then be higher or lower than it was when you clicked Place Bet, and the setting stays active until you change it. Understand the game state and this setting before placing a live bet. Third parties supply live scores and statistics in good faith, but their accuracy is not guaranteed and we accept no liability for their errors. We may correct obvious display, technical or settlement errors and void bets under our rules.
We settle bets using results and statistics from the official governing body, including podium presentations and medal ceremonies. If official statistics are unavailable or there is significant evidence of an error, we use independent evidence. A suspected incorrect result can delay payout during an investigation. Results shown on our site are indicative third-party information, while official results or other sources specified in the rules take priority. We void bets when an outcome cannot be validated. A later change or void declaration by a governing body does not alter settlement based on the original result.
Interrupted events and early settlement
Unless a sport or bet type specifies otherwise, bets on a postponed or abandoned event remain open if it takes place and finishes by midnight local time on the day after the scheduled match date. Otherwise, they are void. Ante-Post and Outright selections ordinarily lose if they do not participate under All in, Run or Not. Where we specify NonRunner, No Bet, we return stakes on non-participating selections.
Our Cash Out is offered on most markets to close a bet early. Accepting it counts as a bet under all applicable rules and restrictions. We may reverse a Cash Out payout for an error or potential error, including a calculation or pricing problem.
Our deposits and withdrawals
Deposits through Cashbox
Open Cashbox, select a payment method available there, enter your amount and follow the payment instructions. A conversion applies if specified. You can fund your account from an electronic wallet, phone or card, and a deposit is required to start playing.
Mobile payments. You can deposit with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and these deposits need no verification.
E-vouchers. You can pay with e-vouchers by bank transfer, with no verification for that deposit.
Phone and card transfers. You can deposit through a mobile operator or Card2Card, which moves funds between bank cards by card number. Neither deposit needs verification.
Cryptocurrency-account deposits. You can deposit to a cryptocurrency account with Binance Pay, and the deposit itself needs no verification.
Before you withdraw winnings from any of these deposits, we confirm your identity and your ownership of the payment method that receives the funds.
Funding ownership. Deposited funds must have a legitimate origin and come from an account, payment system or bank card registered in your name, not from a third party. If security checks identify a breach, winnings are confiscated and deposits refunded. We do not accept cash sent to us and may use third-party organisations to process electronic payments, provided their terms do not conflict with ours. Paid SMS deposits require one accurate profile phone number. Mobile-operator credit is prohibited, as are SMS-loan deposits with a negative account balance. Breaching those rules may lead to blacklisting and an account block that prevents withdrawals.
Withdrawal prerequisites
Our deposits require bets totalling three times the deposited amount before withdrawal. A payout request also requires at least one successful deposit in the last 30 days. Without one, including when you began with a welcome no-deposit bonus, you must deposit and complete that deposit's betting requirement before requesting a payout.
Complete payment and identity checks before requesting a withdrawal. Your profile needs a verified phone number and email address, confirmed documents and correct payment details. Verification may restrict withdrawals. We may block them if account suspicions arise under anti-money-laundering or anti-fraud obligations. Withdrawals are investigated under anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism laws, and suspicious transactions are reported with identity, deposit and withdrawal information disclosed to the relevant authorities.
For a request of USD 1,000 or more, or whenever verification is otherwise required, we will need a passport, driving licence or ID and an address-confirming utility bill. A mobile phone bill does not qualify. If you deposited by card, copies of both sides are required, with the first six and last four digits visible and the CVV hidden. Send documents when our financial department requests them, or contact support for instructions on identification before a request.
Finish or cancel any unfinished bonus games, free spins, bonus rounds or risk-free bets played partly or fully with free or risk-free bets before requesting a withdrawal. Complete the conditions of an activated bonus. Withdrawals from no-deposit bonuses may be restricted in amount.
Withdrawal methods and limits
Withdrawals ordinarily use the deposit method unless we decide otherwise or that method cannot receive funds. Where more than one method funded an account, we may split a payout in line with payment-system conditions and anti-money-laundering rules. If a method is technically unavailable or cannot accept a withdrawal, an alternative requires verification. We can discuss the available route privately. MasterCard credit-card deposits cannot be returned to that card and instead use an alternative refund method.

Fees, processing and request status
We may charge 20% of a withdrawal not involved in play as a fee equal to our expense. Bets on Live Dealers, Video Poker, Tables and Other games count towards the three-times deposit turnover, while Live Slots do not contribute.
Our standard withdrawal-request processing time is 24 to 36 hours and can be faster depending on conditions.
